Last week, Ukraine experienced a significant increase in pea prices at its ports, as reported by APK-Inform news agency. This rise in prices is attributed to the reduction in grain crop prices, but the pulses' prices continue to surge due to farmer restrictions on sales and intense competition from processing companies. As the season progresses and stock levels decrease, the prices have increased by 400-700 hryvnyas / t, ranging from 10000-11200 hryvnias / t CPT-port, marking a new high this season.
