Brazilian chicken meat exports have reached record levels, with a daily average of 24,900 tons shipped in the first 13 business days of March, a 14.10% increase from the previous month and a 27% increase from March/24, according to Secex data analyzed by CEPEA. This intense export activity is supporting protein prices in Brazil's South region, the country's export hub, and is preventing meat prices in Greater São Paulo from significantly dropping during periods of lower domestic availability.
