The article highlights the successful restart of the El-Arish port in Sinai, Egypt, under the management of the Economic Authority, in collaboration with the armed forces and state authorities. This initiative, initiated on January 1st, aims to boost exports to Mediterranean markets by utilizing the port to ship cement and salt. Since then, the port has received 11 ships, exporting 50 thousand tons of these goods. This initiative is part of the Economic Authority's efforts to stimulate economic growth in the Sinai Peninsula by enhancing port efficiency and encouraging export-import activities. Additionally, the article discusses a successful experiment in trading clinker material from Al-Areesh Cement Company to West African and American markets via the East Port Said Port, adhering to international environmental standards. The port is undergoing significant development, including construction of new facilities and dredging, to increase capacity and efficiency.
