The main buyers of Ukrainian corn have been named

According to the results of the calendar year 2024, Ukraine exported a total of 29.6 million tons of corn, including over 14 million tons to the European Union. This is reported by Kommersant Ukrainian. The largest markets for Ukrainian corn last year were Spain (5.2 million tons), Turkey (3.6 million tons), China (3.5 million tons), Egypt (3.3 million tons), and the Netherlands (2.9 million tons). From January to July 2025, 12.6 million tons of corn were exported, mainly to Turkey (4.1 million tons), Italy (1.6 million tons), Spain (1.3 million tons), the Netherlands (1.1 million tons), and Egypt (1.1 million tons). Significant volumes of Ukrainian corn are also purchased by South Korea, Libya, Belgium, Lebanon, Tunisia, Cyprus, and Bulgaria. Currently, in Ukraine, the timing of the collection and export of the new corn crop is shifting.
