In 2023, Ukraine saw a slight decrease in the export of non-condensed milk and cream by 3.7%, totaling 28.3 thousand tons, but its value increased by 1.2% to $16.6 million, with Moldova, Georgia, and Armenia being the main buyers. On the other hand, the export of condensed milk and cream rose by 3.7% to 27.7 thousand tons, but its value dropped by 23.7% to $68.7 million, with Poland, Bulgaria, and Bangladesh as the primary buyers. Meanwhile, the import of buttermilk in the country decreased by 8.4%.
