Roast buffalo carcass invades the traditional Argentine fair

The most significant and traditional agricultural fair in Argentina and also one of the three most important in Latin America will receive, on July 23, gaucho buffalo breeders and their traditional whole carcass roast. It will be at Expo Rural 2024, which takes place between July 18 and 29, in Palermo, Buenos Aires. The traditional place, La Rural, has hosted the exhibition since 1878, although the fair began a little earlier, in 1875. These historical references make the presence of gaucho buffalo breeders even more significant.
