Romania ends MY 2024/25 as leader in grain exports with EU

Romania ends the agricultural season (July 2024 to June 2025) as the EU’s leading wheat exporter. At the same time, it is also the leader in barley and corn supplies. The sales volume of Romanian soft wheat from July 1, 2024 to June 29, 2025 inclusive amounted to 5,478,528.7 tons, the monetary value was EUR 1,241,735,656, the average price was EUR 0.23/kg.
