Rosquality plans to organize large-scale checks of gluten-free products in the Russian market in the near future. The head of the organization, Maxim Protasov, spoke about this on the eve of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), TASS reports. The reason was the lack of a proper system for quality control and safety of these goods in the country. Previously, international certifiers monitored gluten-free products in the domestic market, identifying various violations. However, due to recent geopolitical sanctions, these organizations have ceased their activities in the country, so Rosquality decided to create its own national certification system for gluten-free products.
