The Russian army has launched a series of ballistic missile attacks on civilian ships and port infrastructure in Ukrainian seaports, as stated by Oleg Kiper, the chairman of the Odesa regional military administration. The latest attack targeted the Panamanian container ship Shui Spirit, resulting in six fatalities and 11 injuries. This incident is part of a broader pattern, with previous attacks affecting the PARES and OPTIMA ships, and numerous other civilian vessels and port facilities being damaged over the past few days. These attacks are designed to disrupt Ukraine's grain corridor, causing significant damage to infrastructure and civilians, with over 79 people injured and 22 ships damaged in the past three months. Ukraine's Ministry of Municipal Development, Territory and Infrastructure is documenting these war crimes and is being supported by over 40 countries that receive Ukrainian grain. The global community is urged to hold Russia accountable and increase pressure on the country to cease these unlawful attacks.
