Last year, Russia set a new record for oat flakes exports abroad, reaching nearly 43 thousand tons, marking a 1.5 times increase from 2023 levels. China was the largest importer, accounting for 53% of these volumes, with Kazakhstan and Georgia coming in second and third with 12 and 8% respectively. Other countries are not named in the report. There is potential for increasing supplies to India, Turkey, Southeast Asian and African countries, as well as the Persian Gulf states.
