The center stated: "According to expert assessments, in the first half of 2025, Russia supplied over 17,500 tons of turkey meat to foreign markets, valued at more than $50 million. Compared to the same period last year, this represents a 30% increase."
It is worth noting that a record trend has emerged compared to previous years, with the largest export volume previously being over 14,500 tons of turkey meat in the first 6 months of 2022.
According to the Russian Agricultural Product Export Development Center, the top five importing countries by value in 2025 were: China (approximately $17.7 million), UAE (over $8.6 million), Benin (over $7.7 million), Saudi Arabia (around $4 million), and Congo (over $3 million).
In 2025, Russia exported turkey meat to the Central African Republic and Singapore for the first time. Additionally, it resumed supplies to Ghana for the first time since 2022 and began supplying India from 2023.
