According to the Russian Agricultural Product Export Development Center's data, in the first four months of 2025, Russia supplied 471 tons of juice to China, with a supply value of $380,000. Both export volume and value increased 1.6 times. The information shows that the export volume of juice from one type of fruit or vegetable was 218 tons, growing 6 times, while mixed juice export volume increased 0.5 times, reaching 155 tons.
Additionally, the Russian Agricultural Product Export Development Center noted that starting in 2025, Russia began exporting products such as sea buckthorn juice (54 tons), pear juice (9 tons), and grape juice (5 tons). Last year, China did not purchase these products from Russia.
On March 18, the Russian Agricultural Product Export Center told Sputnik News Agency that, according to preliminary estimates, Russia's agricultural product exports to China in 2024 exceeded 8.3 million tons, with a total export value of approximately $7.4 billion. Among the agricultural products exported to China, rapeseed oil ranked first at 13%, followed by barley at 10%, sunflower oil and peas at 8% each, and soybeans at 7%. China became the main importer of Russian agricultural products in 2024 and has maintained this position for two consecutive years.
