This figure is 1.8 times higher than last month and three times higher compared to September 2024. The last time Russia exported over this amount of ice cream to the United States was in April 2022, when the export value was $1.5 million. It is reported that the import of ice cream into the United States has increased since the beginning of the year. From January to September this year, the United States purchased $605,400 worth of Russian ice cream, which is one-third higher than the same period last year. Meanwhile, three years ago, the amount of ice cream purchased by the United States from Russia reached millions of dollars. In 2022, the total supply of ice cream from Russia to the United States reached $8.4 million.
