In September, Russia's grain exports experienced a significant decline, dropping by 25% compared to the same month last year. This decrease affected key grains such as wheat, barley, and corn, with the variety of exported grains reducing from 29 to 8 types. The number of countries importing Russian wheat also fell from 52 to 33, although Egypt remains the largest buyer. Exports to nations like Turkey, Iran, and Pakistan have notably decreased. Additionally, the number of exporting companies has shrunk from 123 to 45. Overall, grain exports for the first three months of the current season are down by 11.4% compared to the previous year.
