In the first nine months of the year, Russia's chocolate exports to the U.S. surged to $1.7 million, a significant rise from $488,500 the previous year, nearly equaling the total exports for 2022. Globally, Russia exported 61,000 tons of chocolate valued at $191 million. The U.S., the largest chocolate importer, saw a 20% increase in imports to $3.5 billion. Canada led as the top supplier to the U.S., with exports increasing by nearly a third to $1.9 billion. Mexico's exports grew by about 20% to $521.3 million, Belgium's rose to $167.4 million, Germany's remained stable at $147 million, and Poland's exports decreased by 8% to $93.3 million.
