Russia has significantly increased its pork exports to Hong Kong, surpassing 9,000 tons and more than doubling both in volume and value compared to the previous year. Fourteen Russian companies have been approved to continue these exports in 2024. The primary competitors in this market are Brazilian and Dutch producers. Notably, pork constitutes about 95% of Russia's total meat exports to Hong Kong, with pork belly being the most exported product.
