Saudi Arabia is emerging as a new market for apple exports from Bosnia and Herzegovina, following sanctions against Russia. In the first two months of this year, no apples were exported to Russia, but Saudi Arabia is now among the top three export destinations, with apples worth 129,344 BAM (66,104 euros) being exported. The country also exported apples to the United Arab Emirates, Montenegro, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Italy. Meanwhile, Bosnia and Herzegovina imported most of its apples from Poland, with a value of 1,028,214 BAM (525,580 Euro).
