The National Service for Animal Quality and Health (Senacsa) and the Animal Health Services Foundation (Fundassa) signed a strategic agreement that aims to strengthen the country's livestock health and traceability systems. This initiative will take place within the framework of Law No. 7221/2023, "Which establishes the Animal Identification System of Paraguay - SIAP" Within the framework of the agreement, both institutions will work on the implementation of the Individual Animal Identification System for Bovines of Paraguay, which will guarantee the traceability of Paraguayan cattle. This system will allow producers to meet the most demanding standards of international markets, opening up new business opportunities in countries such as the Philippines and Japan.
