The growth, according to Camila Abdelmalack, reflects a considerable expansion. However, she warns that it is important to note that the same month in 2024 recorded an atypical drop (of 3.3%). The decline, according to the Serasa economist, was likely due to the Corpus Christi holiday extension, which resulted in a lower comparison base and therefore amplified the impact of the increase observed this year. Micro and Small companies were the ones that most sought credit, with an increase of 16.7%. Following, Medium companies registered an expansion of 6.9%. The financing demand from Large companies rose 2.9%.
