The Moscow region and the Republic of Serbia have collaborated to launch a new product, 'Slavic Truffle', a sauce made from Serbian truffles. The truffles are sourced from Serbia and processed at a plant in Moscow by Ecoregion, in partnership with Serbian company Damar Tartufi. The product will be sold in Russian chain stores and the first batch is set to be shipped to Dubai. The goal is to make this typically expensive product accessible to all consumers.
