Russia: The Sakhalin branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution NCBRP has conducted more than 58 thousand studies of fish products

In particular, samples from 1,320 batches of fish - live, chilled and frozen, 839 batches of salmon caviar, 31 batches of fish fillets, as well as samples of other types of fish products were examined. Employees of the departments of the Sakhalin branch checked the batches for compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of food products", "On the safety of fish and fish products", GOST requirements, including indicators that are important for countries importing fish products from Sakhalin. During laboratory tests, employees of the Sakhalin branch received 18 results with discrepancies, of which 8 discrepancies with the established standards were found in canned fish.
