Since the beginning of the year, Ukrainians have eaten $9.3 million worth of imported lard

Import data from the State Customs Service shows a 29% decrease in imports of lard, pork fat, and poultry fat into Ukraine, totaling $9.3 million from January to April 2023 compared to the same period in 2023. The majority of these imports were sourced from Poland, Spain, and Germany, accounting for 44.8%, 23.1%, and 14.9% respectively.
