South Jeolla Province's Premium Oysters Make First Direct Export to China

Jeollanam-do announced that a loading ceremony for the first direct export of locally produced individual oysters to China was held on June 24 at Nokdong Port in Goheung. The loading ceremony was attended by approximately 30 people, including Gong Young-min, the Goheung County Mayor, Park Seon-jun, a Jeollanam-do Council member, Shin Hyeon-gon, the International Cooperation Officer of Jeollanam-do, an export forwarding company (Golden Hill), and fishery workers. The initial loading volume is 7 tons. It will be distributed through Fujen Youyizha Seafood Co., Ltd., a seafood distribution company headquartered in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, to restaurants in Xiamen and online channels such as TikTok.
