The Pakistan Agriculture Research Council (PARC) is partnering with the Korean Program on International Agriculture (KOPIA) to implement aeroponic technology in Pakistan's potato production. The project aims to provide virus-free seed potatoes, contributing to the development of the agricultural sector. The plan includes the establishment of four aeroponic greenhouses, 32 screenhouses, a cold store, and a 100 KW solar system. The ultimate goal is to achieve self-sufficiency in potato seed production and reduce dependence on imported seeds.
