According to data released by AIBA, soybean planting in Western Bahia has already reached 92.8% of the estimated area for the 2025/26 crop season, equivalent to 2.218 million hectares. The pace follows the performance of the previous crop, even with punctual interruptions at the beginning of the cycle due to climatic variations. The resumption of rains from the second half of November favored the operation in the field, allowing producers to advance with efficiency. The expectation is to complete the planting in the coming days, taking advantage of the ideal cultivation window and strengthening the beginning of the agricultural cycle.
