Turkey: Certified peanut seeds were distributed to farmers in Şırnak

In Silopi district of Şırnak, where 60 percent of Turkey's peanut needs are met, certified seeds were distributed to farmers with a 50 percent grant within the framework of the "Şırnak is rising with peanuts project". In the project initiated by Şırnak Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, certified seeds worth 2 million 250 thousand TL were distributed to 30 peanut producers.
