The Republic of Korea Invention Patent Fair, hosted by the Korea Intellectual Property Office and organized by the Korea Invention Promotion Association, is an event that promotes new technologies and facilitates the commercialization of excellent patented products through the discovery, awarding, and exhibition of domestic excellent technologies and patented products. At this year's event, the institute was honored for its processing technology that washes fish with a low-salt carbonated water solution to maintain freshness, inhibit bacterial growth, and remove fishy odor. In particular, the technology can be easily implemented regardless of the factory's facility size or production process.
