Russia: Stavropol sunflower oil was sent to China and Palestine for the first time

In 2022, 16 countries have stopped using regional products partially or completely, according to the Ministry of Economy of the Stavropol Territory. The department has observed interest from friendly countries in long-term cooperation with Stavropol manufacturers, leading to the development of promising areas and support for export-oriented enterprises. Notably, sunflower seeds worth $362.8 thousand were exported to Belarus, while significant amounts of sunflower oil, totaling nearly $4.9 million, were sent to China and Palestine for the first time.
