Strict handling of illegal transportation and storage of imported sand

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has received documents from the Vietnam Sugar Association, the Ho Chi Minh City Food and Foodstuffs Association, and several sugar production and consumption enterprises in Vietnam reflecting the situation of sugar smuggling in some localities, particularly in the provinces of the Southwest and Central regions bordering Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand.
