Strong European demand for Israeli avocados continues

(Agraria.pe) Israel is having a good avocado harvest season, returning to much higher volumes than last season, with good demand and prices in the European market. Eitan Zvi, vice president of marketing at Israel's Galilee Export, says that despite higher volumes, prices and demand have remained strong. "The export market is very strong, so for us it's a good season and a good campaign so far. It looks like it will continue like this." Israel is entering the final quarter of its avocado season that began in October of last year. "We are entering the last part of our season with a great campaign.
