Suncheon City (Mayor Noh Kwan-gyu) has announced that it is making all-out efforts for preemptive wildfire prevention, including expanding the shredding of agricultural by-products, strengthening drone surveillance, and intensifying crackdowns on illegal burning, due to the increased risk of wildfires from dry weather and the rise in the incineration of agricultural by-products. The city is expanding on-site shredding support using shredders to prevent wildfires caused by the burning of agricultural by-products.
