The National Service of Health and Food Quality (Senasa) has visited a sausage company in Colonia Barón to support its ambition to trade nationally. The visit, which involved Senasa professionals and representatives of the province of La Pampa's Ministry of Production, aimed at assessing the plant's conditions, currently limited to provincial trade. The company is now being guided on the necessary steps and hygienic sanitary conditions to obtain federal transit authorization. This move is seen as a step towards boosting local enterprises and enhancing inter-institutional collaboration.
