A Bulgarian delegation of 13 fruit growers visited the Netherlands within the initiative "Dutch Solutions for Bulgarian Fruits", focusing on sustainable production, new technologies, and varieties with potential application in Bulgaria. The visit included demonstrations at the FRC Randwijk research center (part of Wageningen University), as well as a visit to the breeding company Fresh Forward – both of which showed how scientific achievements can be successfully implemented in practice. FRC Randwijk: Sustainable Technologies in Field Conditions On July 4, Bulgarian fruit growers became part of the annual demonstrations at the Randwijk center. The main focus was on sustainable risk management – both in terms of climate challenges and resource efficiency.
