Taiwanese technicians will arrive in September to inspect Paraguay's poultry industries

The Paraguayan ambassador to Taiwan, Carlos Fleitas, told Valor Agro that the procedures are progressing normally, and it is expected that Taiwanese technicians will arrive in Paraguay at the end of September to inspect two Paraguayan meat processing plants, in order to authorize the export of poultry meat to that destination. He pointed out that, in the case of poultry meat, the exportable supply is not as large as that of beef, so a similar volume will not be reached, but it will be important because it will diversify the export items. “We believe and are optimistic that before the end of the year all the administrative procedures will be completed to authorize the export of Paraguayan poultry meat to the Taiwanese market,” he indicated.
