(Agraria.pe) The Regional Technical Table of the Palm Oil Production Chain-Ucayali in coordination with the Regional Directorate of Agriculture (DRA), developed an internship at the facilities of the Ocho Sur business group, with participation from producers of the Central Committee of Palm Growers of Ucayali (COCEPU), the vice-rector of the National Intercultural University of the Amazon (UNIA), the director of IIAP, and private entrepreneurs. This internship had as its main objective to share with the visitors the experience and best agricultural and industrial practices that Ocho Sur uses in the production and transformation processes of palm oil. This was announced by Ing. Bella Nair Salas Pérez, Director of Agrarian Promotion and Competitiveness of the DRA, after mentioning that the interns made a productive tour through the different processes that go from production to the transformation of this crop line.
