Corn is doing well with 81% silking and 30% in the dough stage, but 44% is rated as fair to poor. Soybeans are faring better with 98% emerged, 61% blooming, 31% setting pods, and 62% rated good to excellent. Tobacco plants are also struggling, with only 12% topped and 60% of the crop rated good to excellent. Pastures are rated at 28% good to excellent.
