A regional project in the Stavropol Territory of Russia has been developing for four years, aiming to create superintensive gardens in residents' personal subsidiary plots. The project, known as '10 acres,' has received significant budget allocation, leading to the planting of 60 hectares of apple orchards, resulting in a harvest of 80 tons in 2020. The initiative has shown positive results, with plans to continue and expand the funding for the project. The goal is to boost apple production, stimulate the product market, make better use of unused household plots, and provide employment to reduce rural area population outflow.
