The 2025 China International Peanut Conference was held in Qingdao.

During the conference, Liang Yanfen, the former director of the World Economic Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce Research Institute, provided an analysis of the global economic situation and China-U.S. economic and trade relations. Experts and enterprise representatives from both domestic and international peanut industries conducted in-depth analysis and discussion on global peanut planting and trade through keynote speeches and roundtable discussions.

Peanuts are one of China's traditional advantageous agricultural products, ranking first in the world in terms of production, consumption, and import volume. Since its establishment, the Peanut and Peanut Products Sub-association has adhered to the principles of "serving the industry, empowering enterprises, and pioneering innovation," and has carried out a large number of solid and effective works in terms of event organization, market expansion, and policy docking. On the occasion of the 2025 China International Peanut Conference, the Peanut and Peanut Products Sub-association organized a leadership transition election and successfully elected new members of the board of directors. Under the leadership of the new board of directors, the Peanut and Peanut Products Sub-association will continue to integrate global peanut industry resources, provide service guarantees, help enterprises grasp opportunities and meet challenges, and jointly promote the development and growth of China's peanut industry.
