The head of the Ukrainian Agrarian Council, Andrii Dykun, participated in a roundtable discussion titled "Public-Private Partnership and Dual Education for the Development of Ukraine's Agrarian Sector." Today, despite the challenges of a full-scale war, the industry is acutely feeling the shortage of professional staff and the outflow of young people abroad, as well as the insufficient awareness among young people about career opportunities in agriculture. "We honestly acknowledge: the agricultural sector, like many other industries, suffers from a shortage of young specialists. Some of the youth have left for study or permanent residence abroad, while others simply do not understand the opportunities that agriculture offers. This needs to change," emphasized Andrii Dykun.
