The Turkish Statistical Institute has released data on milk and dairy products production for September, showing a 6.1% decrease in cow's milk collected by commercial dairy enterprises compared to August. However, compared to the same month of the previous year, there was a 4.4% decrease. Butter production increased by 12.8% in September, while ayran production decreased by 4.8%. In the January-September period, butter production decreased by 25.4%, and drinking milk production decreased by 0.7%.
