The Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Food of the Government of Aragon, Ángel Samper, will meet with truffle producers from the three provinces of Aragon at the VII Truffle Fair in Vera de Moncayo. The fair is focused on the Tuber melanosporum product, which accounts for twenty-five percent of world production and occupies about ten thousand hectares in Aragon. The main truffle areas of Aragon are Pre-Pyrenees, Gúdar-Javalambre, Moncayo, and Ibérica Zaragoza.
