Ukraine: The Cabinet of Ministers announced an update of the list of agricultural products, the export and import of which are subject to licensing

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has expanded the list of agricultural products subject to licensing for export to five EU countries. Changes were made to resolution No. 1466 "On approval of lists of goods whose export and import are subject to licensing, and quotas for 2023." The relevant resolution No. 1133 was published on the Government portal. These are Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. From now on, the following are subject to licensing: In accordance with the procedure established by the Ministry of Economy, applications for obtaining licenses for the export of goods are considered.
