The Krishna-loving Christmas Feast of Love promotional series began over the weekend and will continue until January. The Krishna believers plan to distribute 10,000 festive lunches and thousands of non-perishable food packages to those in need during the Advent season, informed the Community of Krishna Conscious Believers in Hungary to MTI. Food is Life, the charitable organization of the Krishna Conscious Believers, helps those in need with more than 1 million meals and about 200 tons of food annually through its daily food distributions. This year, too, they will provide warm meals and non-perishable food for thousands of those in need during the holidays, according to the press release.
