The price of turkey meat in Russia has stabilized and started to decline, with a predicted 5-10% decrease by the end of the year. Despite this, the head of the National Association of Turkey Producers does not anticipate a significant drop in prices due to increased production and stable demand. In the first half of 2022, turkey production in Russia increased by 19.2%, making it the leading grower for the fifth year in a row and potentially making Russia the second largest producer of turkey meat in the world by the end of the year.
