The European project CHOICE, with participation from over twenty agents and stakeholders, including the Ministry of Agriculture and the Andalusian Institute of Agricultural Research, has initiated a co-creation workshop in Osuna, Spain. Funded by the European Union, the project aims to promote sustainable practices among farmers and ranchers, with a focus on reducing environmental impact. The pilot in Spain, led by Cooperativas Agro-alimentarias de Andalucía, will involve over 200 farmers, exploring sustainable practices like rotational grazing, regenerative agriculture, and biofertilizers. The workshop highlighted the challenges and potential solutions in adopting sustainable management models in the olive and livestock sectors.
