The article highlights findings by the veterinary and sanitary examination department that identified violations in eight samples of food products, with excess of the QMAFAnM indicator and the presence of coliform bacteria in six samples. These findings, entered into the early warning system, were shared with the product owners to take corrective actions. The excess of QMAFanM usually signifies sanitary and technological issues in food production, including storage, transportation, and sale. These issues can lead to food poisoning, causing symptoms like diarrhea and gastroenteritis. Coliform bacteria, while often indicating product safety, their presence in these samples raises concerns about the product's safety and quality.
