In December, the export duty on sunflower oil may amount to 8643 rubles/ton, increasing by 1829 rubles compared to November. This figure is possible if the dollar exchange rate remains at 81.1 rubles and the indicative price of oil at $1169/ton or 94846 rubles/ton (according to the Moscow Commodity Exchange), according to calculations by OleoScope analysts. Within the range of the dollar exchange rate from 79 rubles to 84 rubles, the duty may amount to 6923-11017 rubles/ton, where each ruble of appreciation or depreciation of the currency corresponds to 819 rubles of duty. In November, the export customs duty rate is 6814 rubles/ton at an indicative price of $1140/ton or 92234 rubles/ton. The indicative price of sunflower meal for calculating the December duty is $210.9 or 17104 rubles/ton.
