A serious accident in Greater Poland. A potato harvester with people on it overturned during field work. Emergency services were called to the scene. Last Monday (November 17) a report was received at the Command Post of the County Headquarters of the State Fire Brigade in Ostrów Wielkopolski concerning the overturning of a potato harvester (which was attached to an agricultural tractor) during field work in the town of Sobótka. Three units from this entity and one unit from the Sobótka Volunteer Fire Brigade were dispatched there. "At the time of the incident, there were two people on the machine. Although they were not crushed by the harvester, they had difficulty getting out from under the protective barriers on their own. The injured were handed over to the medical rescue team and taken to the hospital for further diagnosis," reports the Ostrów County Headquarters of the State Fire Brigade.
