Naju City announced the first export of 2025 Wonhwang pears to the U.S., marking a new step in opening up the global market. Naju City held a U.S. export shipment ceremony on the 18th at the Budeokdong branch of the Naju Pear Farmers' Association. The city plans to supply 110 tons of Wonhwang pears to a large U.S. distribution network, continuing its position as the nation's top pear exporter and accelerating the increase in farmers' income and expansion of overseas markets.
