Argentina: The fishing research campaign in the South Georgia Islands ended

On board the Víctor Angelescu Oceanographic Fisheries Research Vessel (BIPO) of the National Institute for Fisheries Research and Development (INIDEP), between February 27 and April 3, 2023, a research campaign was carried out to survey the abundance of juvenile toothfish (Dissostichus eleginoides) and other demersal species on the shelves of the South Georgia Islands, and the Shag and Black Rocks.
